Prices and Shipping:

1. All prices are retail, FOB Houston, Texas and are subject to change without notice. We ship via FedEx.

We do not ship COD.  Please allow 3-10 business days for shipment.                                                                      

2. Terms:

All sales are cosidered final; however if you’d like to return your purchase you must return in original packaging, including the original box in which it was shipped. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 weeks after order has been placed.

3.  Method of Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card or checks. Credit cards are charged at time of shipment and include shipping charges.

4. Orders:

All of our china is handcrafted; therefore allow 8 -12 weeks for delivery.  All new accounts must order a “Piggy Pack”, which is a minimum of 12 piggies of any size or any design configuration. Subsequent orders must be a minimum of six pieces (any size and any combination).

5.  Returns & Claims:

No unauthorized returns are accepted. Contact our Customer Service Department for authorization at Oink@piggybankexpress.com or 877-666-4744. Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days from the receipt of the order.

 6. Damages:

All sales are cosidered final; however if you’d like to return your purchase due to damage, you must return in original packaging, including the original box in which it was shipped; otherwise we cannot accept a return for reasons of damage.

 

FedEx requires a return in the origInal packaing.  All reported damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Oink@PiggyBankExpress.com or calling Customer Service at 877-666-4744.
